House foundation/underbuild. - Foundations are cut and concreted.
- Blockwork built to wall plate height.
- Drainage is installed and tested to building control standards.
- Solum and cavities are backfilled.
- A stone base is laid around the underbuild leaving a solid base for scaffolding.
- The underbuild is now ready to receive the timber kit.
All specifications are built inline with architectural drawings and structural engineers specifications.
