Recent Developments
Our most recent new build house now sold at Main Street, Westfield, West Lothian, was one of the first in West Lothian to carry out the new Air Pressure Test. A new built dwelling requires a pass of 10m3 of air resistance per hour and an average pass is 7m3 per hour. Our house at Westfield achieved an impressive pass of 3.31m3 resulting in the house being very efficient to heat.
Future developments
- Two new build houses at Main Street, Longriggend, ML6.
- A semi-rural bungalow with approx. 1/4 of an acre of ground with excellent countryside views. Please contact us to receive a copy of the drawings.
